Condition of Use for Just A Touch images:

(1) If you are just going to keep the images on your own computer
 and do nothing else with them then they are free to use with no restrictions.

(2) If you are going use them to make electronic greeting cards and messages
 for friends; or you are going to print cards, letters or messages for friends,
 and there will be no sales for profit involved, then we ask that you include a
 small statement somewhere near the image that says, "Image(s) used by permission of
 the Just A Touch art studio, Jonesboro, Georgia, USA - www.justatouch.com"
 There will be no fees or further restrictions involved.

(3) If the image(s) are to be used on the web/internet,
 and the site is not one of a "for profit" enterprise, 
 then the same terms as in #2 apply, with the additional provision
 that our internet URL be made a clickable link.

(4) If you wish to use them as part of something that is intended to
 be sold for profit, or use them on a web/internet site that represents
 a for profit enterprise, then we will need more information from you
 before we decide whether or not there will be any fees for their use.
