                      Alphabet -- You finish it!


  Here is an alphabet I worked up for a couple of reasons.

  First, you can easily use a magic wand to touch the interior of a letter and then use "color fill" or "paint bucket" to make the interior any color you wish.

  Second, I promised a tutorial on decorative alphabets. Here's how.
  Using your "layers" function open two windows. one with the pattern you wish to have inside the letter (generally small repeating patterns work better than large patterns), and in the second window the letter you wish to decorate. Use your magic wand and touch the interior of the letter. then select either "cut" or "make transparent". Then grab the laetter and move it over onto the pattern and select "merge". Lastly, use the magic wand and touch the area just outside the latter and select "cut". That should do it.

  The letters are in black and white. That means you can't use your "hue" control to change the color of the letter. However, you should have a control that says something like...more/less cyan/yellow/magenta etc. that will allow you to add a degree of color to the latters. Once you have a little color on the letters you can then use your "hur" function to get the precise color you want.
